Answer: 360°rotating and folding panels and brackets.

Question: 5 modes, what are they and how long do they last each on a charge?

Answer: Low/ medium/ high/ flash and red.Not to sure of the exact time the last but that would depend on what brightness you have it on but I use my at work and I love it it also has magnets on the legs. It can also be used to charge a phone or whatever else you need to charge or run from the USB port within reason.

Question: Can this also charge other devices?

Answer: Yes,it has USB output port.

Question: Any info or feedback on runtime in low/ high settings? can light be used while charging off power bank for camping etc?

Answer: Yes, the LED work light can light be used while charging off power bank for camping.
